Project Lead the Way (PLTW) is a not-for-profit organization that promotes engineering and technology courses for middle school and high school students. Each year teachers from PLTW schools attend the Summer Training Institute at SDSU. During the intensive sessions, the teachers learn to teach the PLTW courses and implement the engineering programs in their schools.
